2022 Staff Professional Learning and Development.
On Friday 28 January, New Zealand author Harko Brown took MHJC staff for a Nga Taonga Takaro Workshop as part of their Professional Learning programme for this year. Staff spent sessions learning how to play traditional games – Matamatarongo, Honga, Taanga, and many more. Time was spent enjoying these games and learning how they can be incorporated into all facets of the curriculum.
