Yesterday, Year 8 students from Coast Whānau travelled to Duder Regional Park for the day. As part of their Term 1 context ‘Our Place’, students worked to learn more about our local area, including Duder Regional Park. Leading up to the trip, students learned how to be socially responsible citizens in order to work well with peers and take care of ‘Our Place’. A fantastic day was had by all!
